Meet Shadia, a passionate and dedicated individual who has always had a natural affinity for animals. Over the last 11 years, Shadia has been involved in many animal welfare campaigns, fundraisers, wildlife rehab and rescue support. On top of that, Shadia loves spending time with her family and is a proud mom to her young son and spending a lot of time with her sweet Pomeranians, Meeko and Kayo.
Naturally, Shadia developed a deep understanding and compassion for animal needs and the importance of caring for them and about them in times of distress.
After completing her training in the Canine First Aid and CPR course, through Canine Health Canada, Shadia felt a calling to do more to aid our four-legged members of society. She recognized a gap in knowledge among dog owners when it came to handling emergencies and providing basic first aid to their pets. Determined to bridge this gap, she embarked on a journey to become a certified canine first aid instructor.
With her newfound knowledge and passion for helping dogs, Shadia founded Safe Paws K9 First Aid- a canine first aid training course under the support of Canine Health International, aimed at empowering pet owners with the skills and confidence to handle emergencies with grace and composure. Through engaging classes and hands on demonstrations, Shadia educates dog owners on the importance of being prepared for any situation that may arise where your pet is concerned.
"I want my work to make a difference in the lives of dogs and their devoted owners. I am grateful for the opportunity to instruct and be the beacon of hope and knowledge in the world of canine first aid. "
Safe Paws K9 First Aid and Shadia, the dedicated canine first aid instructor, are a testament to the power of compassion, knowledge, and dedication in creating a safer and healthier world for our beloved furry friends.
